Team Keris Berhad (TKB) was incorporated in 1991, and with more than 30 years of development experience, the Group has developed many integrated developments in the state of Perak.
The group with its extensive experience in corporate, development, construction and marketing strategies, is focused on advancement through practical development layout and innovative architecture and design.
Approaching any development with the aim of addressing the needs of the locale presently and into the future, the Group has worked with renowned global and local retailers, who has set up some of their largest outlets in TKB's developement.
TKB has established many integrated developments around Perak with an approximate total value of RM5.0 billion covering a wide range of properties from shopping malls, commerical buildings, bus and taxi terminals, hotel, petrol station to various residential properties, addressing the needs of the locality of each development.
TKB is driven by the philosophy and core objective of development which is value creation and enhancement for every project, allowing organic appreciation of property values, benefitting all stakeholders.
GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
The main driving force behind the establishment and management of this diversified and innovative organisation, Dato' Lee is equipped with sound knowledge and more than 30 years of corporate experience.
Dato' Lee is instrumental towards the group's success and prominence in urban planning, development, construction and corporate management resulting in numerous groundbreaking urban design projects which boast a full sprectrum of residential, commercial and industrial development projects.
DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
Datin Irene Lee's uncompromising commitment to quality and her keen eye for detail has been the guiding compass in the group's excellent work in interior space planning, external facade features and all the way to landscaping.
Her unique vision and creative input and unwavering high standards have set a high benchmark in the market, further establishing the group's position as a market leader in architectural and interior design.

A graduate with B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies and a professional qualification in Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, who is an Associate member in MAICSA, Ms Foo has been an integral member of the Group since its inception in 1991. She currently oversees the operation and management of the Group; and her contribution to the organization is rooted in her extensive experience in the property development industry, and deep understanding and knowledge of corporate governance.
DIRECTOR
Mr Poh Kian Hee has been Team Keris Berhad’s Group Accountant since 2016 and his appointment to the Board will be an added portfolio to this role. Mr Poh is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with more than 25 years in the profession.
DIRECTOR
Ms Lee served as in several positions within the Group prior to her appointment as the Director. Her current role includes overseeing the Group’s sustainability portfolio and business development.
Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Mass Communications Degree with past experiences in corporate communications and administration.
