Terms and Conditions

• Spin the Wheel is open to all TRIBAL registered logged-in customers that purchase any TKB residential property ONLY.
• Each account can spin 1 time per purchase.
• Purchaser who wins the Ang Pow need to redeem an e-voucher from TRIBAL application and the voucher amount should be same as per the prize win during the spinning wheel activity.
• E-voucher rebate is on purchase only and non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash.
• The rebate will be deducted from the actual price of the property.
• Each voucher is applicable to be redeem for a single purchase of Team Keris Berhad’s property at 1 time ONLY.
• Team Keris Berhad reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of the campaign Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree to be bound by such changes.
• In the event of a dispute, Team Keris Berhad's decision shall be final.
• By participating in this Campaign, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by Team Keris Berhad in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including the Prize to be given away shall be final, binding and conclusive.
